Earlier this year, West Tampa Tobacco Co. released the highly anticipated third and final cigar in its Cook Book Series: Chef Rick, a 6 x 52 Toro that serves as the finale to the limited-edition trilogy. The blend features a Habano 2000 wrapper from an undisclosed origin, paired with an Ecuadorian Sumatra-seed binder and Nicaraguan fillers sourced from the renowned growing regions of Condega, Estelí, Jalapa, and Ometepe. Production takes place at Tabacalera Pages de Nicaragua S.A., marking the first collaboration between West Tampa Tobacco Co. and the emerging Nicaraguan factory.
According to West Tampa Tobacco Co. co-founder Rick Rodriguez, the cigar was inspired by the same qualities that define exceptional chefs: technical skill, creativity, and passion for their craft. The collaboration with Raymond Pages Raffo and Tabacalera Pages de Nicaragua S.A. also gave Rodriguez the opportunity to create something fresh and distinctive, bringing a unique new expression to the conclusion of the Cook Book Series.

The Trinidad Espiritu Series was created to celebrate the rich heritage of the Trinidad brand, with each release paying tribute to a different country known for its culture and influence. The journey began with Espiritu Series No. 1, a Nicaraguan puro inspired by the vibrant energy and colorful spirit of 1960s Havana, Cuba.
The second installment, Trinidad Espiritu Series No. 2, shifts the spotlight to Brazil. This distinctive blend features a dark Brazilian Arapiraca wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder, with fillers sourced from both Brazil and Nicaragua.
