Shipping
Your first box will ship out by the 5th of each month (for example, if you sign up on the 30th of October, your box will ship by the 5th of November). Your subscription will continue for the duration you have signed up for or monthly unless you decide to pause or cancel your subscription.
Return & Exchange Policy
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. I strive to ensure that the cigars shipped to you are of the highest quality. Upon packing and shipping each box, every cigar is examined and stored in an air-tight bag with a Boveda pack to keep them fresh. If quality ever becomes an issue, make sure to reach out to me via email (arturo@boricuacigarclub.com) to review and make things right.
