About US
Boricua Cigar Club

I’m Arturo Diaz, the founder and owner of Boricua Cigar Club. I have been a cigar enthusiast for over 25 years and worked for various cigar companies as a territory manager over the course of five years. This career took me all over New England and New York, and also gave me the opportunity to meet many walks of people in my travels and try plenty of new cigars.

El Boricua

In my travels while working for companies like My Father Cigars, Miami Cigar Company & EP Carillo was from state to state not all cigar shops are created equal. The selection of products greatly varied from shop to shop. I realized there were very limited avenues for the regular customers of these shops to try new cigars. I thought about the fact that today, there’s a subscription service for almost anything: wines and spirits, beauty, clothing and so much more. Subscribers of these services are exposed to new products all the time.  Why not apply the same idea to cigars?

After leaving the cigar industry to work full time with my wife in our wedding photography business, I felt like I was in limbo. Leaving an industry that has shown me so much love and not being able to visit shops kept my mind wandering. In 2022, my long-time idea came to fruition and Boricua Cigar Club was born.

I look forward to connecting with our customers and curating selections that are sure to expand their cigar palates.

Cigars for Warriors

5% Of Cigar Sales donated to CFW

Cigars for Warriors has delivered over 1 million cigars to our troops who fight for our freedom. This is done through the generosity of cigar lovers and manufacturers who continue to support this cause.

I have family and friends who serve and have served in the military, many of whom enjoy cigars which is why this cause is of great importance to me.

Boricua Cigar Club will be donating 5% of total cigars sold to CFW quarterly.
